This hotel is the best value in that area , over all it’s not bad It’s not the best but better then others in that area Good restaurants in that area

Staying was good. I have not taken food due to back to back engagements and conferences at Hotel Taj Lands End

rooms are horrible.Dirty towels , Dirty washroom, I had extremely disappointed.staff are very arrogant. overall Experience was horrible

I had an amazing experience at this budget hotel. The room was simple but very clean, with all the essential amenities. The staff made sure I was comfortable and even helped me arrange local transport. The location was fantastic, and I couldn't have asked for more given the price. I would definitely stay here again!

Good stay comfy beds and and clean rooms plus good amenities as per a business stay was great would like to visit again

Everything was ok except bathroom which i find little difficult to operate. As far as breakfast it’s served in hence i found it cold.

Rooms are not cleaned properly. Towels are dirty. Breakfast is horrible. On the whole a totally forgettable experience

It is a terrible property. I took a premium room. I was initially given room 505. The first two nights I had mice infestation. The hotel staff did take any measure on the first night since they couldn’t locate the mouse. They promised to change my room the next morning but on the afternoon of Day 2 the hotel staff told me they cannot give me Premium Room but i have to downgrade to Deluxe room with no refund. The same night, my leftover pizza was nibbled at by a mouse and after a massive argument, they shifted me to Room 405. There was no wifi connection in the room. The housekeeping told me I have to connect to wifi by standing near the staircase but the moment I came back to the room, the connection was lost. I couldn’t take meetings or work for two evenings. On the last night of my stay at 405, the AC machine broke down, leaking water all over the floor. I was asked to change the room again but i denied since I was checking out the next morning.

Everything was terrible. Rooms were poorly lit. Very congested, unclean. Bathroom fixtures were falling off. Staff was rarely cooperative.
