The guy on reception was rude with the check-in process and he was very blaming make my 訂房網站 for taking the booking despite the rooms full

No toiletries were provided room was smelling bad wifi connection was terrible curtains were full of dirty marks bed sheet had holes pillow and blanket were smelling bad

Impolite staff they would nit even provide you water. They will start knocking at 9 am itself for checkout

Worst Receptionist behaviour. No work ethics. Doesn’t know how to treat guests properly. Need some education before working

Terrible experience. Room offered on ground floor near pantry. Too much noise. Not able to sleep. Worst experience. Room was average. Too small.

I am frequent travellers. I have book this hotel for 2 night but i had worst experience. Staff is extremely rood. Zero service. Dirty rooms. Not water to drink. No car parking.
