Room was so dirty even the cult cover was not changed, and house keeping and the manager is always waiting to loot the costomer, my checkin time was 11 am but after reaching there he said checking in time is 12pm in need to wait, i called customer care but he didn't accepted and took extra cash to get in to room. Tv was not working, everywhere there was gootka spit in side room and ac was terrible. Worst experience ever

The staf was not at all professional, the room was dirty, and there were bugs. The room size was also too small compared to the mentioned size. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the stay.

Room not neat and clean. Service so bad. Cleaner also wear a bad cloth. Means wear a dirty cloth. Environment hotel are so bad

The hotel is situated in 1st floor. And it's little difficult to find easily. The room was average. Bathroom attached toilet was too small. And some creepy insects are coming out from the water hole on the floor. It was too dangerous that i've ever experienced while having a bath (it was a centipede 'kankahjura' a big one. I got scared and suddenly get out of the toilet called the boy and he distroid that ) i was booked that room for 3days but the last day light are off due to some electricity problem. It was horrible. Can you imagine a room where no lights too hot and some creepy insects are coming out from toilet. Then they will allow an other room to sleep over night. But that doesn't make any sence. I will never like to go and stay again on that hotel it's my personal experience
