Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel lo scorso anno 2024 dando un'ottima recensione (9) ma la situazione ad oggi è decisamente peggiorata. Si premette che era stata prenotata una Suite e che ci è stata assegnata una camera di categoria inferiore (stanza 505) adducendo la scusa che la Suite fosse in ristrutturazione. La manutenzione della camera è pessima (manca il tappo del lavandino, la scatola di fazzoletti di carta è vuota, ci sarebbe un dispenser di sapone nella doccia ma anch'esso è vuoto, il muro sopra la vasca da bagno è scrostato, l'asta della doccia non è fissata saldamente al muro). Il lavandino non era perfettamente pulito per non parlare dei vetri delle finestre. Nell'armadio non era possibile appendere nulla essendo tutto occupato da ripiani (ma gli appendiabiti c'erano). La prima colazione è di modesta qualità con un servizio tragico: non solo mancavano le posate di servizio per salumi, frutta e pane (alle 09:30) ma quelle presenti nel cassetto per gli ospiti erano in gran parte sporche, allo stesso modo piatti e bicchieri. Segnalato il fatto ci hanno replicato di aver avuto un problema con la lavastoviglie. Dispiace vedere questo stato di incuria. Consigliato solo per l'ottima posizione ed il parcheggio sottostante.

Chambre totalement rénovée et atypique . Hôtel à essayer !! Rapport qualité /prix imbattable . Personnel très sympathique et pas avare de conseils . Petit déjeuné simple mais efficace dans une salle atypique aussi , très appréciée des clients . Seul inconvénient , la clim qui ne fonctionne pas vraiment . Et surtout n hésitez pas à demander une chambre rénovée parce qu apparemment les anciennes chambres ne sont pas top .

Hotel garage was very hard to find, we drove around in the evening, google maps was disoriented. Called the hotel, we were told not to use google maps, instead use another app. Finally in the garage, walking around trying to find the entrance to the hotel with small children and all tired was very disappointing. Rooms were very basic, in bathroom someone has been smoking! It smelled bad, it was very late and we were tired so we didnt change rooms.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Mulhouse We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Mulhouse, within walking distance to everything, yet peaceful and cozy. The hotel’s interior design is truly unique – every space, from the lobby to the rooms, has its own character and charm, with great attention to detail. You can feel the creativity and care that went into making it feel both stylish and welcoming. The breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of fresh and tasty choices. And the level of service was exceptional – truly professional, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. This is definitely our place next time we visit the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort with personality!

作為一箇中轉落腳城市的酒店，性價比不錯。因為酒店位於市中心，停車稍微麻煩。但是如果沒有停車困擾，則是一個不錯的選擇。
