Cleanliness overall is okay, as the room I booked comes with a private bathroom, despite there’s a exhaust fan inside the bathroom, there’s still have stinky smells came out from the toilet bowl, there’s something wrong with the plumbing system. The location was super good, is close to the centre of Gadong and with car it’s easy to access to anywhere. The service was meh.. it took long time to check in as the worker had to call her boss and one time she gave me the wrong room and I had to change it again. And the price was okay, not too cheap but not overpriced as well, overall it’s good.

市街中心から近ので便利。しかし建物は少し分かりづらいです。部屋はきれいですが窓がありませんでした。チェックインの時にいたスタッフは明るい人でした。

We had a bad experience there, got a few times no electricity and no water for two days as we needed to take a bath at a nearby mosque.

Excellent location - really recommend staying here so you can walk to the Gadong night market and also the mall :) our private room was cosy and clean. The lady who checked us in was very friendly. Bathroom was adequate - only downside was the wifi barely worked at all but this seemed to be an issue throughout the country

The room is near the condensing units of all the rooms of the homestay. So the family room is the noisiest and will not allow you to sleep soundly because of the condenser units noises nonstop throughout the day and night. The sheets are not as smooth and clean. There were ants in our bed and the soap in the bathroom doesnt even bubble.

Miniinn was a great budget-friendly stay! The place was super clean, and the staff were kind and helpful, even though their English wasn’t very strong. The bed was comfortable, the washroom was spotless, and we liked having access to a shared kitchen and water dispenser. The only downsides were that the rooms weren’t soundproof - they’re built with wooden partitions instead of full walls - and the Wi-Fi wasn’t very reliable (though that seems to be common in Brunei). Overall, it’s a clean, cozy, and convenient place for a short stay in Brunei.
