格蘭德城市酒店 (Grand City Hotel)

人員都很有幫助，很熱情，酒店周邊有一些小店、咖啡店，很多餐廳，還有”Amber Hills”的小商場。

離機場近，周圍當地特色飯店很多。 酒店房間乾淨。前台有換匯，叫車服務，不管去哪20當地貨幣。很滿意，值得推薦。

酒店的設施非常舊，可以説是老古董了。淋浴用的電熱水器非常舊，水溫偏涼，水量很小。週末酒店住的客人多了，空調就不製冷。前台做事的效率低，我們用了20分鐘才辦完入住手續。房間打掃得不太乾淨，床品也不舒適，枕頭太高了。酒店不提供早餐。住在這家酒店要注意個人物品的安全，我不小心把信用卡落在床上，4個小時後就被盜刷， 數額很大，好在銀行及時終止了交易。

設施比較陳舊，但是整體乾淨。 臨街，玻璃是彩色的，很有年代感。 酒店內部過道的隔音不佳，但是性價比不錯。 酒店旁邊就是吳尊的roti culture

Overall satisfied with our stay. However, cons is the poor internation connection that always interrupting.

Located near to many restaurants and attached to Ayamku Restaurant. Room is clean and nice but the water heater not hot enough. Overall, great stay.

It’s in strategic location and not so far from airport. Staffs are helpful and rooms are cleaned.

We had a transit in Brunei and decided to stay at this hotel for a short rest. We booked a newly renovated family room, and we were very impressed. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The kids’ room even had a slide, which made the stay extra enjoyable for the children. It was definitely a highlight of our 訂房網站. However, we felt a little disappointed with the service regarding the check-out arrangement. We checked in very late at around 3:30am and requested a late check-out until 2:00pm. The receptionist on duty agreed to our request and informed us that the Hotel latest check-out time was 2:00pm also. Unfortunately, at around 12:00 noon, while I was still resting, a lady staff called our room without any greeting and immediately asked when we were checking out. She informed us that the hotel’s check-out policy was 12:00pm. I explained that the earlier receptionist had already agreed to extend our check-out time to 2:00pm, but she insisted that we needed to check out at 12:00pm. As we were very tired and did not wish to argue further, I requested 30 minutes to prepare before checking out. Overall, the room is satisfy, but the communication and coordination between staff could be improved to provide a better guest experience.
