I was on a business 訂房網站 to Brunei and visited the WAFA hotel & apartment. Instead of a review, I am putting words here to compliment the Font Office team (Front Desk, FO Management, Security, Housekeeping) for having a smile in every way. Everyone from the hotel speaks fluently in English with a BIG smile always. There is not a single NO in their reply but responding by their interest in making an effort to help. The warmth is not limited to the time that I am in the lobby but to the moment I exit the hotel entrance at the lower level. My sincere thanks to everyone for making my stay a memorable week.

Please look into improving the service at the counter. Guests should not be kept waiting, especially when there are multiple staff members present. Currently, only one person is attending to guests while the others remain unengaged. Kindly ensure that all available staff assist as needed to help streamline the process and provide a better guest experience.
