酒店設施齊全，乾淨衞生，周邊配套的東西很多，吃的玩的都很方便，晚上出入溜達夜景很Nice，老闆和前台都很熱情，給了很多建議，玩的開心住的舒心，我很少評價酒店，這次必須給點個贊。運氣超好還趕上下雪，總之來雪鄉和亞布力，住二浪河性價比超高，大家可以來試試

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Harbin. A man was smoking at the check-in counter. There was no proper staff; only a woman and man helped with the check-in. The room is like a “no-star” hotel with disposable towels provided for SHOWER. There was unfinished toilet paper from the previous guest provided. The shower area is combined with the toilet and basin, so everything gets wet after showering. The smell of cigarette smoke is everywhere in this hotel. It was a complete nightmare. The breakfast was like feeding animals. The restaurant woman and man were very rude and told us to wait until 10 guests before they would serve breakfast. The breakfast only consisted of cold Chinese bun, cold veggie, watery porridge and an egg for each guest. Luggage need to carry up to stairs. The bed linen was dirty and had hair on it. It was a very terrifying experience.
