Looking for a budget and large place to sleep in Muar, this place would be an ideal choice. The location is right smack at the centre with a lot of shops around the area and easily access to the main road. Cleanliness wise was very decent, despite given the big room, it is nothing much to complain about. Service are pretty standard. Facilities - there's no lift but there's only two floors. So if you have heavy luggage, I suggest try getting a room on the first floor.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. The room is large and clean. The water heater and AC working well. The receptionist was cordial. Close to town area and eateries.

這次入住體驗真的超出預期，無論是服務、環境還是整體舒適度，都讓人留下非常好的印象。首先是位置，酒店地點非常方便，周邊生活機能齊全，不管是出行、吃飯還是簡單購物都很順路，對旅客來説真的加分不少。入住當天的體驗就很棒。前台人員態度親切、專業又有耐心，辦理入住流程流暢，也會主動介紹酒店設施與注意事項，讓人一到就感到安心。整個過程沒有任何不適或敷衍感，反而讓人覺得被重視。房間部分非常滿意。空間寬敞、佈局合理，整體乾淨整潔，完全沒有異味。床鋪舒適度很好，枕頭和床墊支撐性剛剛好，一覺睡到天亮。房間隔音效果也不錯，晚上很安靜，對睡眠質量要求高的人來説非常友好。浴室同樣值得一提，乾濕分離做得很好，熱水穩定、水壓充足，洗漱用品品質也在水準之上，看得出來酒店在細節上是有用心的。酒店的公共區域和設施維護得很到位，無論是走廊、電梯還是公共空間，都保持得非常乾淨整齊，讓人整體感覺很舒服、很有質感。服務方面是最大亮點之一。不論是前台、清潔人員還是其他工作人員，遇到都會主動打招呼，有問題也會盡力協助，迴應迅速又有禮貌，這種服務態度真的會讓人想再回來。整體來説，這是一家性價比非常高、各方面都很均衡的酒店，不管是短住還是多住幾晚都很合適。可以感受到酒店團隊的用心經營，而不衹是“完成工作”。如果下次再來這個城市，我一定會再次選擇這裡入住，也會放心推薦給朋友和家人。真的非常感謝這次愉快的住宿體驗！

I stayed for a night to attend the family gathering. So far this hotel has been number 1 choice for me & my family. It located near to my grandparents house, has good coffee shop just downstairs and near to shops. The room is spacious and comfortable.

Very nice and clean for this budget hotel. For the price we paid, we have a strong air condition room, nice hot showers, coffee and tea. Downstairs is a very nice place for meals with local and western cuisine. Opposite a nice coffee place. There’s a mall within short walking distance. Only downside is there’s no lift so anyone who’s unable to walk upstairs shouldn’t book this place. Otherwise a good budget friendly hotel I strongly recommend.
