這次入住酒店的整體體驗非常不錯。房間乾淨寬敞，設計簡約卻不失溫馨，讓人一進門就放鬆下來。床的軟硬度剛好，一夜睡得特別安穩。服務人員也很友善，從辦理入住到離開都讓人感受到貼心與專業。酒店的地理位置方便，附近吃的多、交通也便利。唯總體來説，這次住宿非常舒適，會願意再來

Hotel is on the 2nd floor. Reception is on the 2nd floor. Staff at the front desk was nice and polite. The person replying to WhatsApp should not be in customer service. Room of the hotel is really small. We don’t even have space to pull out a chair. I would suggest to remove the chair altogether. There were parking lots around the hotel but you’d have to pay for parking using an app. The front desk will teach you what to do. Location of the hotel was good. Quite a lot of shops including Chagee, Starbucks, Mr DIY and many food establishments in walking distance.

It's a cheap old and functioning hotel. But I think replacing a new chair won't Cost much. The chair in the hotel room is very dirty and sinking.

There is no lift going up to the hotel lobby and rooms. So not suitable for those who are unable to walk up stairs and carrying big luggage. Also there is no allocated car parks, guest has to compete for public car park which could ended far away from the hotel as many cars are using the public ones. Restroom layout is not ideal without shower compartment.

非常令人失望的服務，明明費用都顯示包稅金，還死活要跟客戶收取稅費！ 房價高低，是你們自己跟第三方的平台關係！ 跟我是否繳交稅金給政府是兩件事！ 訂房網站也是很不負責任的平台。 建議海外訂購走agoda好些。

Hotel menarik. Staf amat membantu. Bilik bersih, kemas dan selesa. Cuma tidak ada lif. Berdekatan dengan bermacam kedai grocery, klinik, kedai makan dan macam macam lagi. Tak jauh dengan bandar muar.
