Poor customer service provider. Made complaint to cancel bookong due to suring check in time no staff is at frontdesk for over 20mins at 5pm. Not a single explaination call or apologize call from hotel after complaint filed-in.

The location is good. But the shower room *door* cannot open or close😐. It meant u need to open door to take shower. AND the smell from the longkang(drain) very stink like hell. This is not the pleasant 訂房網站 for me😔
