Not so great:
1. Finding entrance was a bit difficult and exiting was challenging if traffic was heavy. If entering there was another car exiting get ready to wait.
2. No proper signage to reception.
3. No signage saying more parking available in the back.
4. No proper parking lines. Parked slightly in another space and got a call saying I needed to move my car.
5. Location didn't offer much privacy since your room is on pathway.
Great:
1. Great place for families. Very well stocked with facilities.
2. Food readily available within reasonable hours.
3. Plenty of parking spaces available (just need better indication)
4. Good place for photo taking.
5. Good location overall in relation to muar town.
6. Price relatively cheap.

Always coming back here for the calmness and resort feel. Nice and cosy place to stay. Will come back again for sure.

I booked the room after confirming with HQ that adding a mattress for an extra guest was doable. However, upon check-in, the front desk informed us that due to peak season demand, mattresses had been unavailable since December. We had to book an extra room on the spot which I felt cheated by the staff. But all and all, it was a pleasant stay.

Fantastic place! Luxury on a low budget. Really nice place to spend time as well as just to sleep. Very helpful staff. Super clean. Nice little pocket of peace in a city.

Overall, it was nice, the receptionist lady was very nice, kind hearted enough to change our room after finding out that the air conditioner wasn't functioning properly. ❤️❤️ Moreover, When she saw my daughter was having a tantrum during check in, she was very helpful, giving my daughter some cookies to eat. Hehe 😊😊😊. Thank u so much. Looking forward to stay there again soon.
