I have booked Deluxe Double Room, as per room description, this room ‘Has Window’. However, the room being assigned is without window. Upon checking with the reception, we were inform that the room we booked from 訂房網站 is No Window. We are disappointed as the purpose we book this room is we wanted to have a window room.

Overall, this hotel is pretty good. The location is very convenient, there are many restaurants nearby, and the transportation is also convenient. The room is clean and tidy, the basic facilities are complete, the bed is quite comfortable, and I slept well. The service staff is friendly and the check-in and check-out are very efficient.

隔音太差了 隔壁房打呼 房間聽的清清楚楚 搞到我們都難睡覺 價錢雖然便宜 但是隔音還是必須改善一下會比較好一些

Not bad for the price all utilities work fine. The only problem I have is some rust on the toilet because it's really an eyesore for me 😂. I hope you guys can improve on that

1. The soundproofing in the room was quite poor — I could hear noises from the corridor and neighboring rooms. 2. The corridor lights reflected into the room.
