We had a truly wonderful experience staying at this hotel-resort. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of dishes that satisfied every taste. The location is another major highlight — not only is it peaceful and beautiful, but it’s also conveniently close to 4–5 popular tourist spots, which made sightseeing super easy and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the resort had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation. The staff were friendly and always helpful. Highly recommended for both relaxation and adventure!

Hot water not available in winter in luxurious room catagory. Staff wasn't good, booking person who seat in reservation cabin attitude and service was so bad. Geyser not working. Recommended to don't go. No value for money deal.

Very nice property and excellent food. Beautiful view. Staff is very helpful. We enjoyed stay. Good for family also

Absolutely useless property and food is bad and staff is not friendly at all, parking is a big problem

Property is average. No heater and door has air leakage therefore it feels too cold. We have to ask for a towel and kit. No car parking space. Manager of hotel behaviour is too rough. Outsider(staff) voice disturbed us through night. A nice garden served food quality was good but a limited menu is available. They don't have a slice of cheese. Staff think about their comfort not guests.
