Overall good stay, amazing view from balcony, good breakfast and tasty food. Kids have good option to eat as well as large area where kids can play.

The ambiance and location of the hotel were truly amazing, and we initially had high expectations. However, our overall experience was very disappointing due to poor service and lack of management. During our stay, there was extremely loud DJ music played by other guests near our room until 2–3 AM. These guests were drinking and playing music at full volume right outside our room, making it impossible to rest. We called the reception multiple times, but there was no response. When they finally answered after 2 AM, they simply said, "We will check," but the loud music and disturbances continued throughout the night. Additionally, there were other guests creating noise late at night after drinking outside our room, with no intervention from the resort staff. There appeared to be no night security or staff on duty to handle such situations. This lack of action and control over unruly guests completely ruined our experience. For a resort that charges 5-star rates, we expected far better service, professionalism, and security. Unfortunately, this incident has left us very disappointed and has negatively impacted the resort’s reputation in our eyes.

Прекрасный отель. В номере мягкая кровать с мягкими подушками, в ванной комнате душевая кабина и ванна. Ночью тихо. Шикарный завтрак, вкусный омлет и доса. Провела в этом отеле один день как в раю.

The service was very poor. The check in was supposed to be 12 noon ,however, I did not get my room till around 2 PM. The room given was not fully serviced as amenities like tea,/ coffee/ water etc were not replenished fully and I had to ask for same to be topped up. The food ordered was delivered half cooked after 30minutes wait. I returned the food and after 15 minutes it was brought again and had to return as it was still not fully cooked. Ii ended up ordering Domino's Pizza.You cannot call Sterling Mt Abu a 4 star resort. I would be very careful when choosing any further stay at Sterling after this experience. The experience was as if I was staying at a 2 star hotel
