It’s busy Golden week so prices are sky high. We had a superior room in this new and BASIC Hotel, and it’s my worst choice in 35 years of travel, extremely disappointed ! Please know that it says premium in its name but the superior room is ‘barely’ furnished n the only toiletry is the 2 toothbrushes. Onsen in the windowless basement is horribly small n crowded, and soaking was within 40cm of the next person! There were only 8 cubicles for bathing and there was a Q for it :( The worst part is the front desk, everyone has a ‘fixed’ big smile n no one speaks English. We often hv such situations in Japanese villages but the willingness to be helpful always help us got through …. But not here ! It’s just a frustrating blank. Totally unhelpful. And they purposely leave us to some junior staff to handle. We hv had lots of nights with Dormy Inn Hotels all over Jap through the years n never had any problems. We love the whole efficient setup, helpful staff that doesn’t speak English, n warm service ! We will NEVER try another Grids Hotel ! No thank you !!

盛岡に旅行に行くためにホテル探しをしていたらその日がオープンだと知りすぐ予約しました。 ロビー、客室、ラウンジ、綺麗でおしゃれですてきでした。 大浴場にはサウナもあってとても気持ちよかったです。 楽しみにしていた朝食も予想以上に美味しく沢山食べてしまいました。今度盛岡旅行に行く時もまた絶対宿泊したいです。

建物は新しくとても清潔でゆっくり過ごすことができました。 部屋が狹かったのが少し殘念でしたが、朝食バイキングとても美味しかったです。 ヨーグルトが特におすすめです♪
