Booked this hotel because we were taking the kids, and the pool was closed when we got there, they said they were waiting for the health inspector. My kids were so disappointed .was not something the site said when I booked, and wouldn’t have booked here if I had known the pool was closed. My kids we so sad:( and because I booked through 訂房網站s.com, they could not cancel or reimburse me.
