I recently stayed at hotel savera inn, morbi and was disappointed with my experience, particularly regarding the breakfast situation. I booked my stay through makemy訂房網站 and paid for a package that included breakfast, but upon arrival, i was informed that breakfast was not offered at the hotel. This was quite frustrating, as i had specifically chosen this hotel partly for the breakfast option. The staff was polite but unhelpful in resolving the issue, and i felt misled about what i was purchasing. The room itself was decent, but the lack of breakfast left a sour note on my stay. I expected more transparency and better communication regarding the amenities. I would recommend checking directly with the hotel before booking to ensure that what’s advertised aligns with what’s available. Overall, my experience did not meet my expectations, and i wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you confirm the amenities directly.

Over all nice experience but, exhause fan not working in any room's washrooms. Supportive staff and food quality was also good.

Totally different then the picture shown on your site. Congested room, i will never suggest to anyone. Ac working without remote.

Connected route while coming from Ahmedabad- my reaching time - hope less environment- unprofessional staff - manager - services. TV - Wi-Fi nothing . Very poor environment around - unprofessional staff - service and completely nagative attitude of even manager

The food was amazing the service was quick. Very helpful staff. The location is between city and the highway so that is something to be considered.

We have booked two rooms and both were very below average and expectations such as in one room smoke smell was coming and on asking the reason they said they dont have any idea plus they don't have room freshers also and for second jet spray for broken due to which full bathroom were taking water leakage but after a lot of talking/ discussing with management to change rooms or to give me back my paid amount -- firstly they said cancelled booking and asking my money back they have changed one room and secondly the notes shred at the time of booking were also not taken into consideration. Plus travelling with my senior citizens parents who were initially given leakage rooms.

Wifi not working, cleaning not done, bath water issue, washroom is very dirty, room not clean.

No water in washroom. Had to request de reception to start water supply. Geyser was not working. Had to wait half an hour for hot water. Towels were not replaced daily. Overall very bad experience
