The location was amazing, however the apartment was not clean when we arrived. There was dust on the linen and we had to wash the linen before we could use it that night. Other people had parked in our allocated parking so we had to park outside of the secure parking. When we advised the reception of how dirty everything was they were not really concerned. We did eventually get a $100 refund however this didn't really seem to be fair considering we booked a penthouse apartment.
