阿羅西奧酒店 (Affittacamere Arosio)

Удачное расположение в двух шагах от вокзала. Исключительная чистота везде! Общая кухня: можно что-то приготовить или разогреть. Из минусов - как тут уже писали: непонятно почему невозможно в день заезда заранее прислать коды на вход, если об этом просит клиент-иностранец, т.к. не у всех имеется в момент заселения роуминг или WI-FI. Просьбы по е-мейл и СМС были проигнорированы. Обязательно нужно звонить - стоя перед дверью.

1. The hotel is no golf bed and breakfast, how it says in the description! 2. it definitely don’t have 3 stars! (Information from google) 3. breakfast included… the snack box is a joke! 4. no running hot water when arriving, having to wait for the boiler to deliver warm water is a joke! 5. atm in the hotel? Like said in the description? No! 6. smoke detectors in the room? No! 7. hair saloon like said in description? No! 8. security personal like said in description? No! 9. tennis court, like said in description? No! 10. complete different building as in the pictures online? Yes! 11. all around the clock front desk like said in description? No! 12. front desk like said in description? No! On top the lady tries to tell me that I kept the room card… what the hell should I do with a plastic card? I don’t need it and I put it down in the table in the room. Communication is not always on/in time and the English is not properly written (even with google translate you have better results and it is not taking too much longer. With a five room hotel, which is more a hostel, with a shared kitchen that gets declared as a restaurant…)

Todo genial. A 1 minuto de la estación de Monza central. La habitación muy limpia y muy ordenada. Totalmente recomendable.

Отличный отель, чисто современно. Есть общая кухня, где можно приготовить еду. Близко к вокзалу

モンツァ駅からとても近いしマルペンサ空港から乗り換えなしのバスでもすぐ近くに停留所があり便利です。清潔で広い暖かい部屋 Wi-Fiも大丈夫でした。 レセプションスタッフも親切 ただ朝食が１日分しか付かなかったのは殘念 また止まるかも

The host Laura is not very friendly at all. Her customer service skills are absolutely awful. She will threat you. No entrance to the property information given I was waiting outside for hours at 9 pm and a passerby helped me !!! The place is not for light sleepers as you can hear your fellow room mates every step they take ! One night, I had to complain about the noise because they were shouting at 10 pm and Laura ignored me . The shower is tiny even for a girl so if your big or a man you may find this too small The room was nice and clean but after the awful customer service from Lara about the Tourism fee, even when I said I will pay it her threats were absolutely a disgrace every day by your text message!!! This has put me off staying here and the noise from the other rooms

Условия в номере прекрасные. Отличный душ, удобная кровать. Всё очень чисто. Классные большие полотенца. Нет ограничений по душевым принадлежностям (мыло, шампунь). Есть отдельная кухня (холодильник, плита, столовые приборы, кофе-машина, чайник, барный столик). Минус только один - очень хорошая слышимость соседей. Ночью и с утра могут разбить сон.
