Strongly not recommended 強烈不推薦 1. the hotel’s exterior looks nothing like the photos. 2.The room facilities are very old, and the hygiene is terrible — there were spiders, hair, and stains on the bed. The most horrifying part was that there were bugs in the bed!!! 3. I was staying on the third floor, but after requesting a room change, I was moved to the first floor — it was basically a motel! 4. The door was broken and had to be slammed hard to open. The soundproofing was awful, and the room was dirt too. 5. The bathroom had no proper ventilation system, so the steam condensed on the ceiling and dripped down — the dripping is yellow !!! CAD $200 a night for such poor quality is outrageous! 強烈不推薦，非常差！ 首先酒店外型和圖片已經完全不一樣。房間設施非常舊，衛生情況很差，有蜘蛛，頭髮，床上有汙漬。最可怕是床上有蟲！！！本來住三樓的，要求換房後到一樓，完全就是Motel ! 門是爛的，要大力拍門才開到，隔音又差又髒。浴室沒有良好抽氣系統，蒸氣到天花板滴水，還是黃色的。200cad 一晚居然是如此差的質素！！

Absolutely loved this hotel, in a great location close to the metro, they gave me an upgraded room. Will absolutely stay here again. The front desk staff were more than helpful!
