飛機晚點，來晚了，工作人員都已經下班了，但是他前台有自助登記入住和退房，很方便，但是因為來晚了超過入住時間登記需要給客服打電話辦理代扣按金，因為不會英文和法語，最後還是好心的訂房網站客服遠程幫忙打電話協調的，客服全程很積極，還給了一張現金卷，真的很細心，感謝商家，感謝訂房網站客服，點贊

J’ai apprécié mon court passage à l’hôtel. La personne à l’accueil était très souriante, polie et professionnelle. La chambre était très accueillante et complète: bureau, tv, réfrigérateur, sofa deux places, commode, table de salon, fauteuil, grand lit confortable. Salle de bain complète, secteur tranquille, stationnement sur le site. Je recommande cet endroit. Petit bémol; pas très insonorisé, mais acceptable.
