大堂及房間設施不像五星級標準，比較老舊。房間面積倒是夠大。因家裡情況需要提前退房，訂房網站幫積極協調，訂房網站服務不錯。

Everything was amazing. The room was big, the bed was super comfy and there was a bathtub. One disappointment was the spa was closed - that’s one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The staff said it would be closed until the weekend.

Comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Nice kitchen counter for making small snacks, sink, fridge, kettle and plates but no cooktop. Indoor pool was nice but no chairs on the outdoor balcony. Parking on the premises much too expensive at 70$/day - needed to park in a different building for less than half.

Great Recovery by Management – Excellent Location!" Our stay started off on the wrong foot due to a few issues with our initial room. However, I was very impressed with how management handled the situation. They were quick to respond and offered us an upgraded room for our second night, which completely turned our experience around. The hotel is in a fantastic location—walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Thanks to the excellent service recovery, we left with a positive impression and would consider staying here again.
