蒙特利爾東戴斯酒店 (Days Inn by Wyndham Montreal East)

很不錯，設施也挺齊全的，價格也不高，有英語和法語服務，有免費的停車場，旁邊就是高速公路附近也有不錯的餐廳，但是隔音不太好，樓上走動房間會有聽到聲響

位置跟主要景點不接近，但是性價比很好，因為價格比較便宜，可以接受住一兩天的。

Good location & room was big enough for a family with 4+1 members.

史上最無賴的酒店，200加幣保證金退房後説幾天到賬，扣了100多毫無理由。住了這麼多加拿大酒店，唯一差到極致的酒店，大家避雷 避雷 避雷 重要的事情説三遍

沒有早餐，服務一般，進駐時需要交按金，退房時退按金，顯然比較麻煩，給客人造成不方便。每次退房都需要查房。

環境乾淨衞生，服務態度好。

조식은 절대로 먹지마세요. 여러분이 생각하시는것과는 매우 많이 다릅니다. 청결을 생각하신다면 비추천입니다. 창문도 없습니다. 환기 생각지도 마세요

衞生條件好！但是房間面積偏小。

前台服務員非常的好。非常耐心而熱忱的服務。

Long story short. In general I would say this hotel was just alright. Depends on which room you stay. The reason I’m saying that. It’s because we had been changed 3 different room within 3 days 訂房網站. First room was ok faced on the highway, brighter but If you are ok closed to emergency exit. Second room we had was absolutely horrible. The bedsheet wasn’t fully covered the bed. The shower head was had a heavily noise ehike water running and had unpleasant smells and the room was dark and the window was face to the hallway . The TV was small. The mattress was unevenly and soft. Finally we got a good rested on the third room even though the shower running water had noise but the room brightened. As I mentioned we had changed 3 rooms. Which I had spoke with different staffs at the front desk. I believe on the first day I arrived was the manager I spoken with and the lady was the front desk clerk. They were helpful and had mannered to answered questions. Second Lady I spoke was kinda given me felt unprofessional . When I told her about the bedsheet wasn’t fully covered. She said this is “ they do not she do “. Doesn’t she can say “ we will let the team know or the supervisor know”? And when I asked for room change. She was kinda impatient. But she was the one got us a room to had a good rested. The third lady I spoke. I would say OMG! We were at the front desk waited for checked out. She was on phone with the customer. The was she answered was unprofessional and rude. Anyways … Cos I booked the hotel from the travel app. Therefore I wouldn’t get a receipt and the deposit I made was took a week. Oh one more thing don’t expect they can speak an English fluently.
