Sofitel was an amazing place! We really enjoyed the welcome service, the location was decently convenient, the hotel was clean, and it was close enough to amenities and restaurants. I do wish it looked more pretty on the outside, inside, and there was a more grand lobby. The lobby area was okay, and it doesn’t feel too premium.

千萬不要定，從一進去的感覺就非常差，我幾乎沒寫過評價，但是這家真的很差，健身房關門到11月份都不説一下，確認的時候也毫無歉意，房間是地毯，沐浴露瓶子是空的都沒有裝，直接傻在浴室裡了不知道該怎麼處理了，吹風機很老衹有熱沒有風，給前台電話要幾瓶水，問幾個人住？很不情願的送過來，第一次遇到要水不願意給的情況，房間不隔音，一樓在裝修，整體的出遊直接影響的完全沒有心情了，2600一晚上的價格和國內的二星賓館無差別，本來預訂的四天，訂房的時候買了退房保險，果斷退房離開，搬到VOUGE，乾淨很多，熱情很多，心情恢復了很多，好在及時退房了，萬幸！

Great location in the heart of Montreal, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and downtown attractions. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and overall the stay was pleasant. However, there was a recurring issue with hot water — during all four days of my stay, I had to wait 10–15 minutes each time for hot water to come through the taps. This was quite inconvenient and not what I would expect from a hotel of this level. Overall, a good stay, but this issue definitely needs attention.
