No microwave being 4 start and don’t who rated 4 star as I stayed in 2.5 start much better secure, etc No conditioner in room. I own doors with knock even we don’t ask No ironing table just one small board for kids clothes ironing Guest service not pleasant when you go and ask Room service don’t keep their gloves away and leave dirty gloves on the night lamp next our items: No lock on wash room and privacy in washroom plus enough furniture to use like dining or tv table. Just very small icing seat instead of couch Breakfast on website list $14.95 but it’s not true. Lady who served breakfast her name Zina was an excellent with 5 star rating but rest hotel and staff zero rating. Also washroom sink is very very small as in picture where you clean your had water comes out of sink on counter and floor.

한국의 깨끗한 노보텔을 생각했는데 로비부터 건물 전체 락스 냄새가 나서 많이 힘듬. 비용을 아끼지 않는다고 생각하면 다른 호탤로 옴기고 싶었음.

We spent almost a week in a double room. The place was clean convenient comfortable. The bed were nice and firm the staff was friendly. And the location was easy to reach will most likely come back

15 minutes de l’aéroport, pas de navette. 45 minutes de la ville. Hôtel correct pour une nuit. Bar/restaurant très bien, excellent service.

hôtel intéressant pour y laisser la voiture lors d'un voyage d'une semaine. Pas trop long pour se rendre à l'aéroport. Bon service à la réception et au restaurant. Chambre grande et confortable.

Karim was super helpful and attentive to our needs as soon as we walked if I ever come to Montreal again I’d like to come stay there again since they have such great prices too

Booked 4 night prepaid. After a long day out arrived at the hotel for the second night stay. Room was not made up or cleaned, all towels still on the floor. apparently they have to be told to make up room, a room charges of $300 a night they have to be told to clean the room . The room set up was so disappointing. No place to put luggage's except the floor, no place to hang towels and no place to put cosmetics.

We checked into the hotel on December 14, everything was fine, but the room was cold and the heating didn't work.
