The rooftop bar was closed even though it was advertised as open on the website and in emails. The 4-bed dormitory was very small and felt cramped. After checking out, I wasn’t allowed to use the bathroom because of a private business event in the lobby/bar area — even though I was a guest. This was unacceptable and quite inconvenient. Overall, the experience didn’t match the expectations set by their online information.

Excellent hostel, a bit expensive but really worth the money. All amenities were top notch. Very comfortable bunk bed with nice bedding. I was in an 8 person dorm but it was really a 4 person room since there were 2 rooms with a shared bathroom. Great location, close to the train station and not far away from the historic center. The common area was outstanding, spacious and well decorated. There was bicycle storage, and overall security was very good.

Très bien accueilli à l’accueil par contre la piscine il ne fournit pas de serviette mais serviettes sont payantes il n’y a pas de frigo dans les chambres ainsi que le ménage n’est pas effectué dans les chambres il faut faire une réservation je trouve ça vraiment dommage

Hotel moderno situato nel bellissimo quartiere St. Rich a pochi passi dal cuore della città. Tuttavia l’aspetto che mi ha lasciato un po’ perplesso è stata la pulizia del bagno.
