Had to pay over $400 US when checked in which was unexpected. Did not have good service at the steak house and food was no good. Enjoyed the Japanese cuisine though. Will not stay here again as service was terrible.

From the service upon entering from the Bell Man Silvester to the attentive housekeeper and front desk checkin, our stay was amazing even though it was short. I will be back for our family reunion.

This hotel is what I needed and more. I didn’t realised that when I booked the Diamond Club Junior Suite it came with a butler. The whole vacation was out of this world. The service, the staff, the ambience. It was simply amazing.

The view was great, the place was very beautiful especially at nights .The food options was limited and the entertainment was not good . I express that my husband and I was celebrating our wedding anniversary, however we were place in a room with 2 bedf (amily room) there was nothing special about the room for us. I was disappointed at that.

My car was damage on the property during the hurricane and nobody seems to have any remorse nobody care nobody reached out to me I hate this place I will never go back

Terrible service. No hot water for almost the whole time. Bed is too soft. Air condition not cool enough so turned the fan on the whole time which made my eyes so dry. Stayed at this hotel a few times. Will not go back again.
