酒店位置靠近火車站，離老城比較遠，步行大概需要三十分鐘，房間很乾凈，房間也比較大而且有陽台，洗手池和水龍頭距離太近，洗手不太方便

Great location and value for money , breakfast was a bit chaotic even though it was not busy, they kept running out of items and queues for coffee machine . Basic room but clean and fresh, horrible mattress protector was just a piece of plastic

一次非常愉快的旅行入住，房間很大，住得舒適，超美，衞生乾淨，整潔，設施齊全，服務人員每位都很熱情，有禮，諮詢去吃，行都詳細介紹，服務生是非常熱情，而且業務非常專業，對客人的每一個事項都是和言細語的進行講解説明，有歡迎水果送給我們，早餐很好吃，豐富。

服務非常差的酒店，千萬不要再去了！！我早晨7點的飛機被歐洲近期大面積機場問題被臨時取消，拖著行李帶著小孩早晨4點起床辛苦趕到威尼斯機場，checkin完畢後被通知取消，當日沒有飛機可飛尼斯。電話和酒店溝通兩次均不給取消，也沒有任何補償措施，態度堅決，3000元的酒店費用強行收取，怪不得摩納哥有錢，都是這樣來的！！毫無人性化的酒店，其他也不會好，再也不會去了！以後定期投訴，堅決次次差評！！
