The General Manager Ruchela and her team were exceptional. Ruchela is warm and very friendly; going above and beyond, making sure that our 6 night stay at Quest Mont Albert felt like our home away from home. Though the property is located on a major road, the surrounding area is quiet with the tram stop to Box Hill Central or Melbourne city located only 150 metres away. There is a snack bar in the reception. A large selection of snacks and drinks, including wine are available for purchase. Secure on-site parking is also available. Pre-booking with the property is recommended. The apartment is large, clean and well maintained. Renovations are currently ongoing but we did not encounter any noise disturbances. Kitchen is well equipped with electrical appliances and dishwasher. There are plenty of power outlets throughout the apartment to charge our electronic devices. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The washing machine and dryer are conveniently located in the bathroom. The only downside is the shower. The angle drop floor in the shower is too flat. Water leaks into the bathroom after a shower, causing the floor to be wet and slippery. We absolutely loved our stay at The Quest Mont Albert. Thank you to Ruchela and her team. We highly recommend the property.

Pleasant good sized apartment with adequate facilities. Service was excellent. Bed was too firm for me and should be replaced. Renovated bathroom was a ten out of ten. Would come again.
