Ne vous fiez pas aux photos ! Une galère pour trouver l'hôtel dans ce méandre d'établissements. Oser l'accès par l'usine d'embouteillage des eaux de monchique et vous voilà sur le parking de votre hôtel, derrière l'usine ! Une fois de plus ne pas fier au visuel, l'intérieur est quand même rassurant mais restons mesuré. 1ere chambre odeur de tabac froid insoutenable en plus d'une chaleur étouffante. Heureusement le jeune homme à l'accueil a été très compréhensif et réactif. Ouf nous voilà dans notre nouvelle chambre qui sent non mais il fait toujours aussi chaud. La clim est désuète et ne fonctionne que faiblement... Pas grave me direz vous ouvrez la fenêtre ! Bien mal m'en a pris en pleine nuit vers 4h30 les employés arrivent et comme tout employé heureux ça parle fort et ça rigole tant pis pour les voisins 🥳 le tout accompagné du doux ronronnement des installations industrielles de l'usine. Pour le petit déj allez hop un peu de gym à escalader les escaliers du domaine à jeun c'est bon pour la santé ✌🏼 5 minutes de montée 😅 Jour du départ personne à l'accueil alors on a laissé sagement nos clés sur le comptoir. Ah oui et pour finir pas de wifi ! Ci dessous quelques photos pour illustrer mes propos

It is a nice hotel,but a locatian that is not great near the Monchique water industrial factory Service is regular but refunds for services they couldn’t provide awfull..bought 2 vouchers with massages that were booked bur they couldn’t fullfill and still waiting for the refund 2 weeks later… totally unacceptable and not undignified Could not recommend at all

My room wasn't ready so I was given a free drink token. Unfortunately it was impossible to use as the bar where you could claim it was closed and they wouldn't let you use it anywhere else. Also the restaurant wasn't even half full and they wouldn't take walk ins. Very strange. Although the room was nice and clean and the pool area was nice. Quite hilly so not suitable for those whom can't climb lots of steps
