Staff very friendly, rooms were very clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was served after hours which was highly appreciated thank you!

My stay was good for my husband and I. However only at check out was I informed we were over charged ( the front desk insisted we were booked for another night) I was delayed for 30 minutes trying to sort it out until I told the guy at the desk I had to go because I was becoming late for my flight, so he said he would sort it out and call me. He called about 30 minutes after to say it was sorted out and a refund will be issued To my credit card. I was also sent the receipt showing the refund. A week after a refund was sent to my card and then withdrawn from my card on the same day. It was less than the amount on the receipt and to date nothing has been refunded. Not has the hotel contacted me to explain what is on.

Amira at the front desk at reception was AWESOME! So eager to help us and make us feel comfortable. Such a great way to end our long day. We will be back to this Spark, it was exceptional.
