When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready, and we had to wait in the lounge for about an hour. When we finally received our room, it was a king room instead of the two queen beds we had booked. To make things worse, there were no pillows on the bed. We called room service and had to wait another 45 minutes for pillows. We requested four pillows but only received three. There was also no complimentary water in the room, which was disappointing considering the price we paid. Another issue was the bathroom sink—every time we used the wash basin, water splashed onto our clothes because of the poor design. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. The service and room quality did not justify the price, and it certainly did not meet the standards I expected from a hotel with such a well-known brand name.

Had a very pleasant stay after a long flight. Everything about the room was as expected. Comfortable and clean. Especially liked the 24 well-equipped (for a hotel) gym and very decent spread for breakfast. Didn’t try the pool but it looks nice too. Staff were friendly and the airport shuttle was convenient.a
