珊瑚海灘酒店 (Coral Beach Hotel)

My wife and I stayed here during our vacation in Sri Lanka, choosing it because of the high Google ratings. The location really impressed us. The hotel is literally a step away from the beach and less than five minutes’ walk to town, which made it very convenient. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach and listening to the waves was easily the best part of the stay. The lobby was simple but acceptable, and there is a seafood restaurant right next to the hotel. At check-in, there was a small hiccup. I booked through 訂房網站, but they couldn’t find my booking at first. After about ten minutes, they managed to sort it out and confirmed that the booking came via Agoda. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, even offering us a drink on arrival. Our room on the second floor had a great view of the sea. The shower had good water pressure, although the bathroom could use better ventilation. The toiletries seemed diluted, so we ended up using our own. Unfortunately, the air conditioning became a real problem. It leaked so badly that the room flooded twice, soaking my shoes. Despite my request for a pail to manage the water, they initially only gave floor mats, which was very frustrating. By the time they finally sent a pail, it was too late. We barely slept that night because of the constant dripping sound. Overall, the location and friendliness of the staff were strong points, but the poor handling of the air conditioning issue really spoiled our experience.

My wife and i had a fantastic stay at coral beach hotel. Very friendly staff. They even gave my wife a lovely gift on our departure. Highly recommended. Watch the surfers from your own private balcony un the sunshine.

HOTELについたらキャンセルされた。返金するからサインしろと言われ、金額を確認したらクレジットカードで支払済の金額より全然少ない。 30分交渉して、嫌な思いをしました。

Проживали вдвоем с 12 по 17 апреля. Персонал очень доброжелательный, вид из окна шикарный. Внизу кафе, Которое практически не мешало, ну разве только с кухни доносились иногда запахи. Расположение отеля понравилось, до главной улицы идти в тени деревьев, можно встретить бурундучков, зайти в ресторан выпить кофе под деревом. После Мирисы поехали в Хиккадуву и оценили это спокойствие и безмятежность. Номер в бытовом плане не удобен. Некуда поставить чемоданы, нет шкафа, крючки для одежды прибиты над тумбочкой с чайником, один стул. Уборка номера по запросу, мы просили каждый день, по запросу можно взять также пляжные полотенца. В номере 2 бутылки воды, чай, кофе.
