酒店地理位置一流，到Miri主要景點、吃吃、走走等都超級方便，四樓露天泳池不小，還可以遠眺市區遠近風光，早餐一流，每天有換品種，服務不錯，小小瑕疵是主要因酒店較“老”了吧？網速慢和不穩定，門鎖時有不太靈光，還有衞生間抽水馬桶欠給力，插座位置佈置安裝不合理，希望加以更好的檢修、維護、升級，越辦越好！

I come a bit late. parking at basement was limited. this hotel a bot old, but the room is same as advertisement. very spacious. however the room a bit dusty. swimming pool is open at 9 in the morning. overall stay here is ok.

Maybe can improve a lil bit about communication due to there are 2 things they forgot about my request. Next time please read the special request that we ask for please take note for the request. A lil bit disappointed because they gave us room very far from the lift which we ask for near the lift. Overall still ok. Thanks.

The hotel has a great location — it’s conveniently surrounded by many eateries, making it easy to grab food at any time. The room itself is quite spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the overall maintenance of the hotel needs serious improvement. The main carpet in the hallway had a strong unpleasant smell, and the windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Inside the room, both the floor and bathroom were noticeably dirty, which affected our comfort during the stay. With better cleanliness and upkeep, this place has the potential to be much better.
