Stay here everytime come Miri. Ordered the room service chicken chop is nice & laksa sarawak ok boleh accept lah. Location is good. Parking available too. Comfotable bed.

I stayed in Grand Palace Hotel with my family over the weekend. This was my first visit and I am really impressed with the service of the hotel . Located in the heart of the town centre , great  service from the staff and  good cleanliness of the rooms.  I will definitely visit next time and recommend to everyone .

I stayed at Grand Palace Hotel for few nights. The check-in process was smooth. The room was clean, but the room design a bit old school. But the housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. Location-wise, the hotel was perfect, with easy access to any shopping center. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Miri.

The hotel has aged a lot including In-room safe could only be set by maintenance so they know your number, despite making a few requests, they could not/ would not change the safe.  Only reason i will stay here is due to its location.
