*Review: Kingwood Hotel Miri* I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, possibly due to my late-night arrival. I was given a premium room, which added extra comfort to my stay. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming — from the reception desk to the restaurant team. Breakfast is served à la carte, while drinks, fruits, and bread are available for self-service. Overall, the service and hospitality truly reflect *5-star hotel standards*, especially in terms of staff professionalism and guest comfort.

Literally in from of mall and wireless walk. good location, minus point on no specific hotel parking but when i was there, parking was not an issue. rooms are nice with good amenities. Beware, the in house bfast is not buffet but rather just a meal and a drink which just an okay meal.

I been staying here since 2015.Great Hotel with amazing hospitality, service, sweet smile every where(good Ong) . Here I would like thanks few personal who entercounter during my stay. Ms Bibiana,(front office) Ms Wene and Ms Gina (who cater my breakfast and coffee 🥐😊 every morning. Always play good role take care thier inhouse customers. Not forgetting the maid who make up my room, on 2nd floor. (I forget her name) fast and quick service. Keep up great work see you soon. Cheers GB.
