I love the location of the hotel whereby it's in the middle of the town with access to many restaurants and connected to Imperial Mall and Permaisuri Imperial Mall. The room is spacious and clean. Hopefully, the hotel can improve their access card from insert card to swipe card only for the elevator and room access. Hopefully they can also provide more snacks in the future.

Right in the middle of the best shopping centre in Miri. Very polite front counter and hotel main entrance staff. Unfortunately, when we arrived late at night, there is plumbing maintenance on our floor and no water supply was available. We went to bed without a hot shower after a long day travelling. It would be nice to be informed prior to or on check in, or provide room at a different floor.

The hotel annexed to shopping complex and location is in the centre of Miri old quarters. Parking at basement B2 with ample of parking lots. Those who love shopping is just walking distance away.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect for families! Just stayed with our two young kids. The staff was amazing with children, the pool area was safe and fun, and our family room was spacious and quiet. The kids loved the activities and we loved the relaxed vibe. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

The exterior of the service apartment looks nice but the interior requires further upgrading. The toilet especially seems run down. The sofa is dirty and smelly and my body itched when I sat on it. There were 5 pillows only for the 3 of us The aircon in one of the rooms was not cold and I reported it to the front desk staff for someone to service it. Unfortunately, it was still the same and so we had to bear with it for our 3 night stay. Not sure if anything was done about it.
