以為第一天到住的房洗手間和浴室抽氣機壞了，第二天換了另一間房，又是一樣的，沒有抽氣在浴室和則所，真的不敢再換了，難道這酒店沒有抽氣機？其他地方都可以接受！

location wise is good just walking distance to permaisuri imperial mall upon step into the hotel lobby you can smell the bad wet moisture near to the receptionist and also in our bedroom. u can see the black stain on every wallpaper due to the wet moist. telephone in our room is only for display. there is no telephone cable connected. have to walk down the lobby to request for toothbrush only provided upon request. Floor carpet is not light colour as shown in the picture, its dark colour now.. they should have done proper cleaning or maintainance. Our room didnt have fridge and the lightning of the room is very dim.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and friendly, making check-in and any requests hassle-free. The location is excellent, close to many attractions and convenient for exploring the area. Overall, a fantastic experience I would recommend!
