It feels incredibly comfortable and relaxing after arriving late from Brazil. The personalized touches really made our stay even better. We absolutely love it here!

Service was great as usual by the receptionist and really appreciate the warmth and smile from Stefanny. The swimming pool is a heated one so I could swim in it even though it was a cold day. Loved the welcome drinks and the amenities (coffee machine, body lotion, body shower, hand soap, shampoo, thick and soft tissue paper). The beds and pillows are comfortable, there’s a usb charger at the table. It’s a really convenient place near Kennedy park. Note that no cotton pad or cotton buds, toothbrush, shower cap were provided but I am ok with that. Security was really nice too, was waiting for Uber at night by the street and he would walk out to wait with me just to be safe.

If you like to swim, this will be the hotel for you as there’s a roof top pool that’s long enough for actual swimming. There’s a roof top bar and a level 1 restaurant too where you can redeem your welcome drinks which were really tasty. There’s shampoo, body wash, hand wash, body lotion, hairdryer, no hair cap nor toothbrush etc. There’s a coffee machine, no tea, and there’s two bottles of water provided daily, a fridge and extra comfortable bed. Theres lots of restaurants nearby and money changers too. Really like this place except for the shower glass that allows water to spill out, as well as no conditioner when the shampoo dries out the hair.
