Location is perfect. Just opposite the hotel is the bus stop for Sita bus. Hotel room was clean, AC, TV, BED. Shower cubicle was small (for a standard room). And in less than 100 mtrs is the Minori beach.

Cleaning lady is lovely.. however the reception lady who checks you in seems grumpy Watch out for the German shepherd attack dog in the other room near the entrance to upstairs..if it ever got out it would be deadly I feel.. headbutts the glass to try and get out. Otherwise the room is spacious and beds are comfortable

An old small hotel but clean. Comfortable bed and some bath amenities. Bathroom small and toilet lid and seat not attached. Air conditioned which was a bonus. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching passer-by’s. A very short walk to the beach, patisseries and to the ferry.

The front desk lady is rude and not nice. The cleaning lady Is lovely.. two days in a row some.***** man around 6:30am stomping in the hallway saying some stupid words 'pabo dodok' or something.. The German shepherd guard dog seems like an attack dog. He headbutts the window under the stairs when your walking up to the room to try and get out to attack you. I fear that the dog is very dangerous..if he ever got.out.it could be deadly.. judging by the way he barks and tries to get out when guests walk by to go to their rooms upstairs
