位於downtown，感覺治安氛圍不佳，skyway僅開放12：00 - 18：00時間太短，有些店面沒有開張，遊客稀少， 沒有特色也沒有旅遊的價值。若想要乘坐到機場輕軌藍線到機場，skyway有關閉的情況下，要拉行李走6個街口，大白天路上也會有一小群一小群的遊蕩年輕人，會朝你叫囂，讓人沒有安全感，還好幾乎每個街上都停一輛荷槍實彈的警車與警察。這個城市我們是不會再去旅遊了，沒有安全感。

The Hotel was my highlight of the 訂房網站 with the mall of America!! Loved staying downtown with such a great service and the gym had more equipment then I thought! (bench press, dumbbells, cardio, cable machine)

The entrance to the parking lot is directly across the street from the Hyatt and the area can be hectic getting in or out. I thought the overall room environment was clean and the mattress wasn't too depressed. I look in the refrigerator and found a food tray on the very top shelf of the refrigerator. Inside was some very old blueberry cheesecake. I toss it and then it began to smell. I sat the trash basket into the hallway outside my door.

There weren’t amenities like tooth brash and staff like that. But I enjoyed the stay. The location was really good, there is a restaurant right next to the hotel, and it was really good.

Kia, very professional, knowledgable, passionate and willing to help out with the customers. She knows what she is doing. The other shifts are either rude, no polite most if the abswers to my questions are I DONT KNOW, AM NOT FROM HERE YOU CAN GOOGLE IT BY YOURSELF.... My my my i wanted to recommend the place to friends but attitudes sre nit good Thank you...
