房間是經典的日式類型，設施也比較齊全，出門就是雪場還有纜車，很適合來這裡放鬆，工作人員很和藹很熱情，民宿還提供各種美食，滑雪累了還能回民宿洗熱水澡特別放鬆，下次還會跟朋友過來的，推薦！！！

附近玩很好。住起來挺舒適的，衞生打掃得相當不錯，也挺安靜的。員工服務態度好，有什麼問題都給耐心解答了。算是一次棒棒的旅行住宿體驗了，價格還實惠，我挺滿意的。#真實評價

房間是經典的日式風格，雖然有些年代感但入住過程中一切正常。來這裡體驗雪國日式滑雪的旅程非常愉快，感謝住宿期間提供的幫助，員工非常熱情好客。

很熱鬧 員工很親切！吃飯就在一樓，還有雪板租賃，適合滑雪愛好者，真的很方便。

旁邊就是雪場，真的太方便了，環境也很不錯，有餐廳可以就餐，還會繼續來的。

The reason I placed this booking here is because, as you can see, 訂房網站 has given them a three-star rating. Normally, a three-star hotel is not too bad, and the pictures also show a cozy decoration and proper hotel environment. However, in reality, it was a totally bad and terrible experience for my 訂房網站 to Yuzawa. First, they do not have any proper facilities that allow guests to take a bath. Even when outside is heavy snowing, there is no place in the hotel where you can shower. The downstairs of the hotel is fully broken. You will need to walk through very deep snow for more than 10 minutes to another place just to take a shower, and after showering, you will need to walk back in freezing conditions. The road condition is extremely dangerous and disastrous. This is completely unacceptable for a place listed as a hotel. Second, during my stay, the window in the room was out of service, which means snow and freezing air could enter the room while sleeping. Did they care? Did they fix it? No, they did not. They did not even ask if we needed extra towels or assistance. They showed zero sense of responsibility as a host. This is not a hotel at all. It is worse than a hostel. Third, after finishing our snowboarding, there is no proper place to store your snowboard, shoes, or equipment. Everything is placed randomly like rubbish. There is no proper storage area, no organization, and no support for guests who stay there for ski purposes. This created a very disastrous and uncomfortable experience caused directly by their poor management. Fourth, the food provided is instant, frozen, and clearly premade imported food. It is extremely unfresh and not acceptable. It feels like fake food being served to customers. It is shocking that this is happening in Japan. Operating like this and serving such low-quality food to customers is completely unacceptable. I am someone who frequently stays in hotels and I truly like using your platform. However, this listing is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. This property clearly does not operate like a proper hotel and does not care about customer safety, comfort, or basic hospitality. And I paid nearly 200 USD per night for this place in Yuzawa, Japan, which makes this situation even more unacceptable and frustrating. This is absolutely not worth the price I paid. At this level of payment, no guest should ever be forced to go through such terrible conditions. They really owe a serious apology to guests like me who trusted their listing and paid this amount expecting at least basic hotel standards. Instead, what I received was a completely disastrous and unacceptable experience. This is not just disappointing, it is misleading, irresponsible, and completely unfair to customers who trusted their platform and their listing. There is no proper shower facility. The window cannot close properly and allows freezing air and snow to enter the room. The toilet smell is extremely strong and can be smelled even inside the room. They do not care, they do not fix, and they do not assist guests. 訂房網站 should seriously investigate this listing, as they are operating without proper hosting standards and without taking care of their customers. This is misleading to customers and creates serious safety concerns. I have already reported this matter to the local tourism authorities to take care of this property. What they are operating is not acceptable.

The hotel stay was a complete disaster. First, the “onsen” is not in the facility. You have to walk 10 minutes to and from the hotel. Food is mostly instant. Room heaters are turned on from 5:00pm. How could they do this during winter. Toilets are old style and are dirty. Please check photos.

Far for parking area but good in budget, near ski resort and have a good view

Good: Great position. Perfect for skiing. The nearest lift is 1 minute walk away. Bad: No onsen in the hotel. Only a shared bathroom at basement.
