酒店大廳比較古老豪華有歷史感，服務很好，停車費可以報銷，入住有香檳，走的時候還送了一瓶水，但是房間我感覺一般，住一下感受一下可以的。

This may be one of the finest hotels we experienced during our travels in the USA. The staff were exceptionally friendly, starting from the moment we entered the hotel. Ms. Stephanie, we are incredibly grateful for your kind assistance and understanding. They recognized how exhausted we were from our adventures at the remarkable Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, so they expedited our check-in process and provided us with various resources to help us regain our energy. They truly paid attention to our needs and responded swiftly. We sincerely appreciate that. The room is clean and cozy, and the view from the 23rd floor is fantastic. The food is excellent. The Harley-Davidson Museum is located just about a mile from the hotel, and we were able to reach many fascinating places within walking distance. The city view is breathtaking. We hope to return to Milwaukee someday, and if we do, we will certainly choose The Pfister Hotel again. Thank you very much!

The Pfister is a lovely, elegant, old world hotel. In the heart of Milwaukee, it had a beautiful view of the lake from our room. The bed was so comfortable, and the staff so friendly and accommodating! We can’t wait to return. It felt like a European getaway in the middle of a city known for its beer, brats and cheese curds. Our only disappointment, was that we were not visited by a Ghostley presence, but we look forward to revisiting and trying again. Ellie in the lounge was a sweetheart!

From the moment we got there, even before the reception desk. We were greeted buy a pleasant man in phister attire! He asked if we needed a cart for out luggage! We said yes please , and it was done. Luggage was loaded on a carrier . We than proceed to the desk .where we were greeted enthusiastically! Which put a smile on our faces than a gentleman stepped out from behind the desk and asked what are visit was for and asked if we wanted a glass of champagne! We looked at each other and another smile and said yes please. THEN WE FOLLOWED THE MAN WITH THE LUGGAGE HE TOOK US ON SHORT A TOUR OF THE HOTEL! TRULY ENJOYABLE!The best greeting at a hotel ever! THANK YOU! FOR ANOTHER WONDERFUL NIGHT AT THE PHISTER HOTEL MILWAUKEE!

My finace and I were there this weekend celebrating an early Valentines and we were greeted with champagne as we walked in. We accidently booked a room with two twin beds and the front lady was kind and was able to make accommodations for us to have a king bed suite! This just shows the level of great customer service! The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful and multiple bars to sit and enjoy cocktails! It is in a great location making it easy for us to find restaurants and the ******. We will definitely be back soon!
