房間乾淨整潔，早餐不錯，出行非常方便，出門就是地鐵，公交站，一站路有conad超市。小飯店也挺多。出差固定住宿地。

SERIOUSLY hot bedroom! We phoned because we thought the air conditioning was broken and was told by reception “it’s turned off because it’s winter” it was 4th April and in the 20s outside, plus I think they know the rooms are hot because it’s only a sheet on the bed with no blankets, the beds were comfortable. The hotel is extremely dated. It’s also not close to the centre and there is nothing around the hotel, is very close to a tube though which are really easy to use and you can get a direct tube to Duomo. We only stayed for one night as we were just visiting the QC Termemilano spa. I think if we had been staying for a city break / longer we would have really regretted it. Wouldn’t stay again because of the heat in the bedroom being so awful. Also the room keys are terrible, massive heavy things that you couldn’t carry around and so you have to hand in if going out.

Previously I stayed this hotel by business, and for this time I stayed with my family as private vacances. This is because I liked this hotel's mood and high-quality service, and its location(Quite easy to access to central of milan, just taking a subway M3 directly)

非常差的體驗：交通不便利,周邊是米蘭郊區不安全,住客奇奇怪怪,到市區坐車不方便我們出行都衹能打車。酒店的條件和標準類似國內無星級的家庭旅館,沒拖鞋沒牙膏牙刷洗漱用品都是三無產品.辦入住時説沒零錢所以差點金額就不找了,辦入住時剛好碰到本地特殊服務人員去開房。訂房網站標高檔，訂的行政房到店發現跟訂房網站標識的情況不符。 住了一天提前24小時把第二天的退訂了訂房網站給我説不能退款.我第二天的酒店通過訂房網站訂了威斯汀，在這個前提下訂房網站客服還讓我去住星際商務宮殿,合著收三倍的錢讓我住最差的條件是吧;訂房網站負責溝通的客服一個電話説貨不對版肯定全額退後面又換別人説就給200塊補償金。 中間説退訂是週末訂房網站的代理不上班不能去代溝通週一週二又説訂房網站自己的客房部不上班讓我等 最後等幾天就是給500塊補償金,酒店費用是1400塊貨不對版要取消的訂房網站給500就是在噁心人

L'hôtel est assez grand et proche du métro. La chambre est très spacieuse, ce qui est un point positif. Cependant, le service client laisse vraiment à désirer. Je suis arrivé à 23h, épuisé après un trajet en train de 8 heures, et j’ai dû attendre 15 minutes dans le hall avant qu’un employé n’arrive. Il était très froid, peu accueillant, et manquait clairement de professionnalisme. Il a exigé un passeport physique pour effectuer le check-in. Comme je suis en cours de demande de visa, je n'avais pas le passeport physique sur moi, mais je lui ai présenté mon titre de séjour et une photo de mon passeport. Malgré cela, il a refusé de me laisser faire le check-in et m’a même menacé d'appeler la police, sans chercher aucune autre solution. Cette situation m’a énormément affecté psychologiquement. Heureusement, j'avais mon permis de conduire sur moi, et c’est seulement quand je lui ai proposé ce document qu’il a accepté de finaliser le check-in. À aucun moment il ne m’a demandé si j’avais un autre document d'identité, ce qui est inadmissible pour un employé d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. C’était un jeune homme qui assurait le service de nuit le 25 décembre 2024. Son comportement a été dénué d’empathie et totalement inapproprié.

SERIOUSLY hot bedroom! It’s also not close to the centre and there is nothing around the hotel, is very close to a tube though which are really easy to use and you can get a direct tube to Duomo.
