Honestly. The worst 4 stars hotel I’ve ever seen. It’s in the middle of nowhere. Staff doesn’t speak proper english, which is not the worst, we can manage. But then we came in the room. The drapes are moldy. There are bugs everywhere. Bathroom is filthy af and not clean at all. Before 5PM you can’t do anything. We arrived at 1PM, check-in is at 3PM, no worries, that’s very normal, but no restaurant in the neighbourhood, their own restaurant opens at 7:30PM, bar at 5PM. Basically left waiting for 2 hours without anything. Worst of all. Our door of the room doesn’t even lock, the safe is broken and unable to use. Not very much a safe feeling. There is vending machines, but only take cash (coins) so not very handy. Ubers don’t come because it’s too hard to reach.

酒店位置比較偏，不過好在有酒店班車可以送到地鐵站 牙刷鞋套沒有 有房間沒座椅，有房間有座椅 酒店早餐比較豐富，早餐性價比不錯，水果豐富，贊一個 check out 12PM也算是還可以

There is no phone in the room to contact the hotel management when you need any service, you have to go down to the ground floor every time to contact them. Sometimes the power to the rooms is suddenly cut off and the air conditioner stops working. We don't know the reason for this. Does the hotel management do this intentionally to save electricity? The rooms are unclean and there are a lot of mosquitoes in them. The children have suffered from their bites.

並非4星酒店，星級不僅不供參考，而且涉及詐騙。位置極偏，公共交通非常不方便，雖然酒店有巴士，但是並不明確。服務人員服務態度差，入住的時候等了一個多小時。結果空調是壞的，無法使用。入住當晚因為太累了，而且前台處理速度太低，所以我們沒有換房間，非常熱住了一晚上。第二天雖然換了房間，但設施還是一般。衹能説是能住的酒店，價格還算合理，但是到達後要交高昂的城市稅，其他地方都沒有要交這麼多。每天晚上從市裡到達酒店就至少需要3個小時，太不方便了。不推薦不推薦不推薦。不如加點錢換個方便的。這裡風水不好，一靠近這邊就會變得不幸

離市區有點遠，酒店有點老了。出差住一下還是沒什麼問題的。早餐還可以。得開車，要麼就打出租車。不然去哪裡都不太方便。

"For the price I paid, I expected at least basic comfort. It's not worth it!" "They charge like a five-star hotel but offer one-star service."The pictures online looked nothing like the actual room. Total scam!" "Advertised as a luxury hotel, but it felt more like a cheap roadside motel." I will never recommend to anyone to stay there.not a good experience.

Miles from any form of life, bar/restaurant rarely open at all, and staff indifferent, when asked for food/drink, they direct you to a vending machine.. at lunch time!

Insgesamt war es sehr gut, nur der kleine Kühlschrank (die Minibar) im Zimmer war schmutzig, schimmelig und funktionierte nicht. Ansonsten war alles ganz akzeptabel.
