The hotel is pretty good. The rooms are large enough and the bathroom is also big enough. The furniture and the environment are modern. The restaurant offers a typical continental breakfast. The food is rich, with many options to suite everyone's taste and delicious. The only thing that dissatisfied me is that only small amount of the receptionists spoke English. We didn't meet cooperation when we asked to be booked taxi from a firm chosen by us, but only by the ones they work with. Compliments for the room cleaners.

Tuve una experiencia muy desagradable en IH Hotels Milano Lorenteggio. Me alojé varias noches y el aire acondicionado no funcionó ni en la primera ni en la segunda habitación que me asignaron, a pesar de haberlo reportado en recepción varias veces. No pudimos dormir bien durante dos noches por el calor y la falta de respuesta efectiva del hotel. Además, no nos era posible cambiar de hotel porque teníamos familiares alojados en el mismo, lo que empeoró aún más la situación. Considero que si un hotel no puede garantizar servicios básicos como el aire acondicionado en verano, no debería estar abierto al público o al menos debería avisar al cliente antes de la reserva.

La camera risulta un po’ logorata dal tempo e, a mio parere, avrebbe bisogno di qualche intervento di miglioramento. La luce sopra il tavolino nella zona letto non era funzionante. Il letto, invece, era comodo e pulito. Una pecca che purtroppo ha influito sulla qualità del sonno è stata la scarsa insonorizzazione degli infissi, che lasciavano entrare in modo evidente i rumori del vento e della pioggia. Per il resto, il personale si è dimostrato gentile e preparato.

酒店服務態度非常一般，對國人尤其不友好 我為長者要個多餘的毯子，v前台答應下來30分鐘也沒送到，後來不得不再下來要毯子，前台這次直接就説沒有了，最後給了一個味道很大的毯子，真的很離譜，避雷！！！

Hotel di buon livello e sicurezza, frequentato da molti stranieri. Camera spaziosa e insonorizzata. Anche gli ascensori sono silenziosi e non disturbano se si ha una camera vicina ad essi. Biancheria di buona qualità. Letto comodissimo. Colazione ottima varia tra dolce e sala to, ampia scelta di tutto. Nota: la pulizia del bagno passabile, dovrebbe essere più attenta.

“Modern, comfortable rooms and a direct tram into the city. Perfect base if you’re mixing business & fashion vibes. The cappuccino at breakfast was excellent ☕️ and the staff were very friendly. Great value stay in Milan.”

總體不錯，服務態度很好，位置也不錯，旁邊的有軌電車直達市中心。酒店看起來很新，可是像水龍頭，馬桶都有些老舊，我們住的其中一個房間馬桶還漏水。
