酒店前台很無禮，訂的大床房，到店後説預訂的房間沒有了，不提供預訂時的房型，衹有拼接的雙床房，然後床中間一個大縫隙，真是離譜。 酒店外面就是有軌電車，噪音非常大，甚至能感覺到振動，晚上一直持續到凌晨，然後早上6：30電車又開始運行，非常影響休息。 房間不隔音，廁所沖個馬桶，上下左右相鄰房間全部都能聽見水管的嘯叫聲。 空調半夜會呼呼叫，發出冒泡一樣的水聲。 床單衞生有問題，睡著身體發癢。 廁所淋浴花灑漏水，淋浴間小到擡不起胳膊。 廁所牆體有受潮發黴。 房間保險箱打不開。 酒店房間鑰匙是個大鐵塊，想想你來旅遊出門還要帶著1斤重的酒店鑰匙是什麼感覺。而且這個區域比較偏僻屬於臟亂差街區。 總之入住體驗非常差，不信邪的隨意。

Stayed at this hotel just because other hotels had no rooms available. Not bad, quite old but clean. 4 starts but I would give them 4 stars. 3 maximum. Old hairdryer and broken, you can see they tried to fix and glued and taped it but it just should be replaced to a new one especially when it’s a 4-star hotel.

The hotel was very clean. Receptionists we're all super helpful and fantastic. The location was good for me but far from Milano Centrale, which is where I needed to be. There are 3 restaurants across the street. All 3 super busy and food was great. First night, I went to another restaurant in Piazza Firenze, which was also great. About 300m there is a lot of public transport to various areas of Milano. Like a tram to Cadorna, for example. Area doesn't look too safe at night, but I am a single woman and had no problems walking around. I saw some policemen walking around. Maybe that helps. There is a nice little patio downstairs, but I was there for 5 minutes and the mosquitos were too close for comfort. I didn't ask the receptions for help, I am sure they would have giving me something but I was tired and just went to my room to see: Young Montalbano... 😉

Очень милый отель, довольно с большим пробегом, но тем не менее, с неповторимым шармом. Напомнил фильмы Уэса Анлерсона. При этом смеситель в ванной с терморегулятором, хорошая сантехника и кровать. Рядом проходит трамвайная линия и если у вас чуткий сон, эти может быть проблемой, с другой стороны- рядом 1 и 19 маршрут, который идет в центр. И самое приятное: внутренний дворик! Очень милый. Также персонал супер!

La camera matrimoniale era un po’ piccola, ma bella calda in una giornata piovosa, pulita, ordinata e aveva tutto il necessario. La posizione dell’hotel è un po’ scomoda, ma raggiungibile con l’autobus. La palazzina è carina, e il personale della reception è gentilissimo.

Around Milano Centrale is quite convenient but pricy. this hotel is a little bit far from the central, but bus ride is quite often and convenient as well. last minutes booking and it should have been the first choice. just 3 minutes walk from the bus stop and tram stop. the room has everything we need for a good stay. the hotel itself could use some renovation. I still recommend it.
