Un séjour exceptionnel à tous points de vue. L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel dès notre arrivée, avec une attention particulière portée à chaque détail. La chambre, élégamment décorée, offrait un confort remarquable, une literie de grande qualité et une propreté irréprochable. Le personnel s’est montré constamment disponible, aimable et efficace, contribuant largement à rendre l’expérience fluide et agréable. Le petit-déjeuner, varié et généreux, mettait à l’honneur des produits frais et savoureux dans un cadre raffiné. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, permettant un accès rapide aux principaux centres d’intérêt tout en garantissant un calme appréciable pour se reposer. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésitation, tant pour un séjour de loisir que professionnel. J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

I usually stay at the Florence Calimala, the one in Milan is bigger and the rooms are slightly different, still very nice. Gym and terrace are great and the staff is friendly. The minibar is free of charge and there is a nice bar on the 5th floor. Perfectly located in porta Venezia.
