維里迪斯宮 (Palazzo Viridis)

機遇很巧地住在這個酒店，十年前在義大利留學就住在旁邊的樓上，滿滿的回憶。選擇了帶露台的房間，整個入住很輕鬆愜意，酒店的前台小哥哥還會講中文，北語畢業的，很熱情。如果睡眠淺的話早上有可能會被大馬路的電車吵醒，可以跟前台説安排一個靠裡的房間。總之酒店很新，位置很好很安全，十多分鐘到米蘭大教堂的步行路程。

還行，挺乾淨的

호텔은 트램타고 다니기 좋은 위치에 있으며 두오모 성당까지 가기 편리하며 가깝습니다 호텔은 깔끔하고 관리가 질되어있으며 직원들도 친절합니다 창문도 활짝 열리고 호텔 중정이 있어 답답하지 않습니다 조식은 신선하고 맛있었고 쥬스 종류도 많이 있지만 직접 착즙해서 먹을수도 있어서 더 좋았습니다 포근한 샤워가운과 크고 포근한 수건은 씻는 즐거움을 줬습니다

It’s first time to stay in Palazzo Viridis. After a week business 訂房網站 and have one day stay in Milano before go back. Price normally out of company policy but luckily I find discount on line and just book it. It’s impressed, room is nice and you can enjoy Lavazza cafe in the room. It’s pity that I need to leave early and don’t have time to take breakfast there. Hope I can be stay in the hotel next time.

Gezi amaçlı 4 gece kaldık,otel konum olarak çok iyi 10/15 dk Duomo meydana ulaşıyorsunuz.Ama bizim kaldığımız oda ana caddeye bakıyordu ve çok gürültüydü,sabaha kadar araç,tramvay ve siren sesi duyduk.Kahvaltı çok güzel,ürünler taze,temiz ,lezzetli ve bol çeşit,çalışanlar kibar ve çalışkan.Oda dizayn olarak çok kullanışsız,yatak odanın ortasında ,banyoda malzeme koyayacak yeterli alan yok,odadaki ayna önü priz sayısı yeterli değil.

L'accueil dans cet hôtel était très bien avec un personnel accueillant. Seulement la personne au petit déjeuner qui n'était pas du tout souriante et ne faisant pas d'effort de compréhension. Concernant le petit déjeuner (25€/personne), cela ne les vaut pas du tout ! Petit buffet, peu de choix et les viennoiseries sont surgelés.. L'hôtel est un peu loin du centre mais il es bien desservi par les transports. L'état des chambres fait un peu vieux, avec des tâches au sol notamment..

New hotel but 1-star service I had high expectations for this new hotel, but unfortunately, my stay was a complete letdown. Despite the clean and new facilities, the service was shockingly poor. From the moment I checked in, the male staff was unhelpful when I asked for help with luggage as we were trying to unload our luggage and rushing to return the rental car. He just kept asking me for my details to check in. Requests were also ignored, as I tried to ask for an upper floor room instead of the ground floor room. He said if it was for him, he would stay in this room as it was bigger and said in Milan, tourists do not spend much time in the room anyway. He said it’s not like we pay 900 euros a night to enjoy a luxury hotel room. At that point, I was extremely shocked as I had never experienced any front desk staff who was so arrogant and ignored my request and just tried to convince me to stick with what I’m offered. Guess what, the room turned out to be a handicapped room on the ground floor without proper windows. At that point, I was already disgusted to even try to ask the front desk staff to change the room. So we ended up having a handicapped room which you’d get the entire floor wet when you shower. Not sure if it’s because the room was on the ground floor with the door facing the courtyard with trees, there were quite a few bugs and spiders in the room as well.  Housekeeping was inconsistent. On our last day, the room was not cleaned properly. We came back to the room half cleaned, but with no toilet paper and towels not replaced. We made several requests to have the items brought in and the staff seemed annoyed and rude. We only had to call because they hadn’t finish their job! Overall, the hardware of the hotel is nice but they need better customer service, staff training, and overall management improvements. I would not recommend staying here until they make serious changes.

Amazing hotel and great location! So close to the main city centre just few stops away in tram. Staff were so attentive and pleasant. Would recommend for sure.
